Our client, a large architecture firm in the Oakland area, is seeking a Project Coordinator. This role supports internal design teams in a variety of operations with a focus on document control for multiple architectural projects. This includes tracking the workflow of design document sets; logging, filing, distributing submittals, RFI’ s, meeting notes, specifications and change orders; producing weekly status reports and logs; assisting with proposals, contracts, and invoicing, as well as interacting with consultants, general contractors and government agencies.
All applicants must be able to juggle various tasks within a timely and expedient manner, paying special attention to accuracy and communication with multiply team members.
Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of experience working in an architecture or engineering office and a degree in Construction Management, Business Administration or a related field. Familiarity with design software and Deltek is a plus.
