Our client, an established  Orange County based  architecture firm that specializes in government, institutional, mission critical and aerospace  projects, is looking for a Project Manager/Architect who will participate in all phases of projects and firm operation. This is a great opportunity for growth. 

Duties/ Responsibilities:  The Project Manager will participate in design charrettes,  develop design presentations, produce construction documents lead and manage teams, demonstrated ability to manage clients, and ability to define client expectations. The candidate will participate in all phases of the project which include project management, design and production . Tasks will also include input and contribution in the operation of the firm.

Skills/ Requirements: Must have 8-10 years minimum of professional experience in an architectural office. Must be proficient in AutoCAD, BIM Revit working proficiency, Sketchup, and have problem solving and critical thinking skills. The candidate must have the ability to work with minimal supervision. Licensure in Architecture and LEED AP is a plus. Excellent communication skills.

Education Requirements: B. Arch Professional or M.Arch degree from a US accredited institution.
