Our client is a leading facilities and furniture management firm with multiple offices in California. There is an immediate opening for a Move Coordinator. The position is located in the San Francisco financial district, convenient to BART.
The role of the Move Coordinator is to assist the Furniture and Move Management Department with the planning and implementation of relocations, logistic moves, furniture reconfigurations, and IT systems. Maintaining as-built files and other documentation, furniture documentation, and move documents.
Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience preferably in a furniture dealership. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of systems furniture. Spec checking of furniture plans for correct quantities and applications. Note: Candidates will also need to be able to clear a federal background check.
