Our client is an award winning, multi-disciplinary architectural design firm in downtown Los Angeles, specializing in transportation, government, civic and institutional projects, and is seeking a Project Manager/Architect with transit project experience.

Job Description:

The Project Manager will profitably manage a range of small to large-sized projects, including a large Transit project, as well as, all project phases.

Job Requirements:

10 – 12+ years architectural planning and design experience with transit stations.   Airports and/or governmental / corporate TI experience is a plus;

Proficient in project scoping, proposal development, negotiating, client service and  managing all phases of architectural project;

Ability to review criteria/code compliant and technically sound designs;

Strong sense of constructability, and proficient in reviewing exit analyses, technical  details and specification manuals;

Demonstrate knowledge of local, state and Federal codes, including accessibility;

Flexible to direct CAD staff, as well as, perform REVIT work as needed;

Proficient with REVIT 2020 and M/S Office, including M/S Projects. AutoCAD a plus;

Demonstrated project management, leadership and communication skills;
