Job Title: Architectural Project Manager (5+ years)

Goals and Objectives:
An ideal candidate will:
  • Lead their project successfully from Schematic Design through Construction Documentation.
  • Successfully manage the consultant team and internal team members.
  • Engage with clients providing updates, facilitating decision making, and managing expectations.
  • Manage the CA process by providing clarifications and technical resolutions.
  • Take complete ownership of and accountability for the project' s success and execution.
We  are a small residential design studio comprising both architectural design and interior design. At our core is a commitment to collaboration, passion for our work, and collective hard work without ego. While we occasionally take on other project-types (when they are creatively interesting), we are focused on and  passionate about high-end custom residential projects and hope that you are too.The merging of disciplines is essential to us. We believe it allows for a holistic approach to design and a kind of unified vision. We are seeking candidates that are
both intensely passionate about design yet very technical in their abilities. You should also be genuinely excited about and interested in the interior design process.

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience – most, if not all of it, in residential work.
A degree from an accredited architecture program.
A comprehensive understanding of project delivery.
Extensive use of Revit in a professional setting. This means 3+ years of professional use putting together comprehensive, high-quality architectural drawings. This also means use of Revit in all project phases and for all sheets.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
High degree of professionalism.
Ability to transition between multiple projects and tasks.
Driven and self-starting.
