Job Title: Architectural Project Manager (5+ years)

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience – most, if not all of it, in residential work.
A degree from an accredited architecture program.
A comprehensive understanding of project delivery.
Extensive use of Revit in a professional setting. This means 3+ years of professional use putting together comprehensive, high-quality architectural drawings. This also means use of Revit in all project phases and for all sheets.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
High degree of professionalism.
Ability to transition between multiple projects and tasks.
Driven and self-starting.
